disabled accommodation. Your friendly and helpful hosts Kent & Lisa live at LaLaLand and will
be on hand to help make your holiday experience a memorable

plates, cutlery, stubbie coolers, esky, oil, serviettes,
stereo with iPod docking station, paper towel, bbq tools
etc.Simply bring your food & leave the
washing up for us!
Disabled Accommodation
We also have a purpose built disabled
accommodation complete with ramp, bathroom grab rails,
oversized doorway, and an oversized purpose
built bathroom which is wheelchair
accessible.

Friendly Accommodation
We have a separate pet friendly accommodation
with a "doggy bedroom" custom built on the deck, and it's own
private fenced yard area with shade trees, bowl &
shovel.
Everyone who's used our pet friendly
cottage has said they will recommend us to friends and will
stay again. Overnight stays available. Doggysitting can be arranged (extra
charge) so you can cruise and snorkel the Great Barrier Reef,
enjoy a LARC tour, or one of the many tours and activities
available.
These can all be booked through us (NO
charge)

Fishing Facilities
BYO boat or trailer
because we have plenty of level, safe parking for both.
Boat & 4WD wash down area, fish filleting bench &
campfire.
Or... we can recommend fishing charters out
to the Great Barrier Reef

all the fish you're going to catch.
Kent & Lisa
will always welcome freshly cooked fish on the campfire if
you catch too many ;)

You'll be holidaying in 4 star
luxury in a peaceful rural setting and only 3 minutes to Agnes
Water surfing beach and shops.
No traffic, no traffic
lights. Your accommodation is tastefully furnished complete
with leather lounges and a well appointed kitchen. Feed
the resident ducks and see if you can spot our shy
turtle.
The cottages are very spacious, new,
private,
air-conditioned, modern and self-contained.
There's two separate bedrooms, a huge bathroom, screens
and a security door.
We also provide complimentary
tea, coffee and all your linen including extra
blankets.

LaLaLand Pet Friendly
Rules
LaLaLand welcomes responsible pet owners and well controlled pets.
We must ensure that every guest at LaLaLand has an enjoyable stay, therefore we ask that you read and follow these rules.
1. You must always follow directions from staff regarding your pet.
2. Dogs MUST NOT enter cottages. (verandah area is ok.)
3. Dogs MUST NOT be left on the property unless prior arrangements are made with management, as conditions apply. Off site dog sitting can be arranged (see below).
4. Dogs MUST BE ON A LEASH at all times except on the verandah when gate is closed and in the designated off-leash area (orange cottage).
5. Weatherproof kennels can be provided on the verandah if required. (bedding not supplied)
6. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the Pool Area nor BBQ Area.
7. Dog droppings and urination MUST BE cleaned up immediately. Seek help from staff for extra bags or problems with mess and odour.
8. You must ensure that your dog is not a barking/howling nuisance and doesn’t menace people, other pets, nor wildlife.
9. You must accept all responsibility for injury and damage caused by your dog.
10. You are expected to make a diligent effort to leave your cottage and verandah in a clean and odour free condition. Ask staff for assistance if needed.
11. Deliberate and/or repeated disregard to these rules will result in you being asked to leave LaLaLand, forfeiting accommodation payments and perhaps bond monies.
12. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per cottage booked.
These rules also generally apply to other pets, please discuss your pet needs with staff.
LaLaLand has provided pet facilities in good faith, however the safety, security, control and well-being of your pet is always the owner’s responsibility
Please ask staff for assistance or direction with problems, we prefer that you do and are happy to help.

welcome at LaLaLand Pet Friendly Accommodation by prior
arrangement.
Please provide proof that your pet is
vacinated and wormed.
As owner/caretaker of allowed pet/s,
you accept full responsibility for your pet's behaviour and
indemnify LaLaLand owners, staff & guests.
Dogs which
have been declared dangerous will not be allowed for the safety and
security of staff and guests. You must confirm that our pet
friendly accommodation is available for your requested nights,
otherwise your booking will be cancelled or postponed at the
discretion of management.
If your booking is cancelled, no
refunds will be made.
